> ReplyRounds writes short, personal replies to Google Business Profile reviews for small local US businesses within 24 hours, and once a month checks whether AI assistants recommend the business. Run by Honest Bench Co (working name). New in 2026; no published customer results yet.

## Key facts
- Service: done-for-you Google review replies. Owner forwards Google's review notification emails, or adds ReplyRounds as a Manager on the Google Business Profile.
- Negative reviews (1-3 stars) are always sent to the owner for approval first.
- Monthly AI check: asks ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Gemini typical customer questions and reports whether the business is mentioned. No guarantee of results.
- Does not write, buy, filter or remove reviews. Does not offer rewards for reviews.
- Free AI check: one free, one-time check for any local business. Email the business name and neighborhood to the contact address; we report whether AI assistants name the business for "best [category] near [neighborhood]" and why.
- Google reviews only (no Yelp or Facebook yet).

## Pricing (as of October 24, 2026)
- Free start: replies to the 5 latest reviews, one time, no card.
- Founding rate: $39 per location per month (Basic features), locked for life, first 25 customers only.
- Basic: $49 per location per month.
- Plus: $79 per location per month (adds up to 30 older unanswered reviews in the first month, 10-question AI check, same-day weekday replies).
- Extra locations: $29 per location per month on Basic or the founding rate; $49 per location per month on Plus.
- No setup fee. No contract; cancel any time. Full refund within 14 days of the first paid month.
- 24-hour reply promise: if missed twice in a month, that month is 50% off.
